We want you to love your Oh Wow Hair extensions. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at gubenkomaria08@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You can also start a return or cancellation request directly from your account at https://oh-my-hair-2.myshopify.com/account.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may cancel it directly from your account before it ships.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair extensions that have been opened, worn, or altered in any way.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. We will also refund the standard delivery cost you paid when placing your order. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
